Orders

When the order is placed, subject to your rights of return, your contract with us to buy the items described in the order, at the price indicated including any additional fees such as taxes, delivery fees, and any duties where they arise although not specified in the order.

Orders are then subject to our acceptance; the order is not accepted at the point of receiving an email confirming such placement as described in the paragraph above. We reserve the right to accept or deny the order based on without limitations the following factors:

 

• Eligibility – As stated in these Terms and Conditions the customer must be 18 and must be the person authorized to use a payment method.

• Ability to make payments – The order can only be accepted once the payment has been approved and debited from the payment card.

• Suspected fraud.

• Shipping restrictions – As a result of legal, regulatory, customs, and duty restrictions that may be applied to orders outside of Saudi Arabia / U.A.E & India it may not be possible for us to fulfill the order.

• Stock availability – Although the website may state that a product is available this is an estimation based on what we think will be immediately available. Our inventory can change through the day as a result of our points of sale and it may be in rare cases that the product has sold out before we can accept the order. We do not warrant or represent that the goods will be available.

• Incorrect order price – As is human nature, mistakes can occur on websites. If we notice that the pricing is incorrect, we will contact you with the correct price.

Very rarely, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or freeze an account based on matters listed above, we shall not be held liable for such action and if there is such an issue with the order, we will get in contact with you.

Payments

The images on the Website are for illustrative purposes and due to a range of environmental factors such as quality of photograph etc and portrayal of color, there may be slight differences with the products in actual form.

As our goods are in the food industry business, we strive to ensure that our labeling is correct, if there are any issues, we will inform you before the order is confirmed. As our goods are prepared in an environment where nuts are present, although we take safety precautions to ensure the separation of products that contain nuts and those that do not we cannot guarantee that the products are free from any nut traces. We advise that if you have any concerns regarding any of our products based on allergies you may suffer please contact us and raise any concerns.

International orders

We reserve the right to determine what orders can and cannot be accepted based on location. As a result of legal, regulatory, customs, and duty restrictions that may be applied to orders outside of Saudi Arabia, U.A.E and India it may not be possible for us to fulfill the order and such a decision is reserved for us without any right to you.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact care@ahlandates.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. Please note that you will be asked to provide photographic evidence.

Replacements or exchanges will only be provided in the following instances:

• The incorrect goods have been shipped.

• The goods are defective.

• The goods have been damaged during the delivery process.

As our products are perishable, ahlandates.com also known as “Ahlan Luxury Gourmet” reserves the right to reject your claim if the requested evidence is not sufficient and/or has not been provided within the prescribed period of 24hours.

If Ahlandates.com accepts your claim, a replacement order shall be sent to you within two days after acceptance of the claim. Refunds will only be given if a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 12 working days of the claim being accepted and the refund can only be processed directly to the method of payment used for the original order.

If there is a delivery failure that is a result of your error, such as providing an incorrect address or not being available at the time of delivery, Ahlandates.com shall not be held responsible. Any shipments that are returned or require re-routing will be subject to reshipment charges which you shall be liable for.
