If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact care@ahlandates.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
Please note that you will be asked to provide photographic evidence.
Replacements or exchanges will only be provided in the following instances:

  • The incorrect goods have been shipped.
  • The goods are defective.
  • The goods have been damaged during the delivery process.

As our products are perishable, ahlandates.com also known as “Ahlan Luxury Gourmet” reserves the right to reject your claim if the requested evidence is not sufficient and/or has not been provided within the prescribed period of 24hours.

If Ahlandates.com accepts your claim, a replacement order shall be sent to you within two days after acceptance of the claim. Refunds will only be given in the event that a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 12 working days of the claim being accepted and the refund can only be processed directly to the method of payment used for the original order.

If there is a delivery failure that is a result of your error, such as providing an incorrect address or not being available at the time of delivery, Ahlandates.com shall not be held responsible. Any shipments that are returned or require re-routing will be subject to reshipment charges which you shall be liable for.
